Meatza Night!

There was a blessed and innocent time when Hubby and I used to make pizza once a week. We'd buy the dough and the ingredients and be good bunnies and made it ourselves. We creates some amazing and terrifying things such as tandoori chicken and sweet potato pizza or BBQ chicken and pineapple. Ahh.. those were the days. Now we have to content with meatza.

What is a meatza you ask?

Well, I'm ever so glad you asked.

Imagine, a hamburger, without the bun, covered with pizza toppings?! Why Julie that sounds amazing. And yes indeed, it is! A lovely mess of ground beef and toppings to warm up the hungry people on a cold winter night. Nothing best. Here's tonight's creation, which I managed to slightly screw up due to trying out my new fantastic camera phone. Note to self, do not forget the sauce next time
